On September 10, 2017, four sets of XWZ2500 large rotating filter equipment were shipped from Sanke Nuclear Power and submitted to Anhui Huainan Pingwei Power Generation Co., Ltd. for on-site installation. This is also the first time that Sanke Nuclear Power has provided large-scale hydraulic equipment of this category to thermal power generation units.

Due to insufficient prediction of usage conditions during engineering design selection, the rotating filter equipment has been plagued by serious problems such as corrosion and damage since its operation, which has once plagued the stable operation of the ignition motor unit. After thorough deliberation, the user has decided to initiate a renovation project for the device.

After bidding, Sanke Nuclear Power undertook the equipment manufacturing order. In response to the problems encountered during on-site use, Sanke Nuclear Power has conducted thorough research and implemented structural optimization design and material upgrades for the equipment. The equipment provided this time can fully solve the problems that occurred in previous on-site applications, and further improve the reliability and service life of the equipment.
