High speed tangent pump, also known as partial flow pump, has an impeller generally installed on the output shaft of the speed increasing gearbox. It achieves low flow and high head performance output through hydraulic design of the discharge channel. The product is widely used in the fields of petroleum, chemical, aviation, metallurgy, etc., and the conveying medium can be at -130-260 ℃.

Due to the requirements for product integration and miniaturization, as well as the frequent requirement for rotational speed exceeding 10000 revolutions per minute, the design and manufacturing of the speed increasing gearbox have high demands. As a result, the Chinese market for this product is almost monopolized by the United States, Japan, and Europe.

Daqing Refining and Chemical Company entrusted Sanke Transmission to repair the raw material pump in its wax hydrogenation workshop. The device is imported from Japan and has a speed of 15200r/min. Due to severe damage to its gearbox, Sanke Transmission has redesigned and manufactured it. After factory assembly testing, all performance parameters and operating status indicators of the equipment have fully met the factory standards of the brand new equipment.
